Install KODI app and LocalCast for Chromecat app.
Download the PlayerFactoryCore.xml to the android system cellphone.
Copy this file to the directory
org.xbmc.kodi > files > .kodi > userdata
Launch KODI and play the movie, the Localcast app will start. Choose the chromecast/DLNA player (renderer).
Then, the movie can be stream to the TV.
